Use the shape of your garden room or the placement of windows and doors to create distinctive zones for different tasks and uses.

Foundation

Each garden room needs to sit on a 100mm concrete base, ground screws or a drilled pile foundation system. You can choose to arrange this yourself or we can do it for you.

Structure

Built using 4×2 structural timber and 11mm oriented strand board (OSB), then wrapped in vent 3 100% breathable and waterproof membrane, allowing the building to breathe but remain dry and protected from the elements.

Interior

Lined with 100mm thick earth wool insulation then covered with plasterboard and a skimmed plaster finish. There’s a choice of 6 laminate flooring options. With chrome power sockets and downlights.

Exterior

25mm x 50mm building laths are used to secure your choice of cladding. Scandinavian Redwood, British Western Red Cedar, or Premium Canadian Western Red Cedar is used to complete your new garden space.

The Windsor is a pure architectural gem standing confidently in your garden. Its recessed feature singles it out from the crowd creating a beautiful yet practical sheltered area. The depth of this space can be varied depending on its use but starts at 600mm. Why not add decking or patio to create a sitting or dining area?

As standard your Windsor is cladded in Scandinavian Redwood, British Wester Red Cedar or premium Canadian Western Red Cedar and internally plastered adding to the superior finish.

Options for external downlights or wall lights bring practical lighting to the exteriors, whilst internally you can specify fittings for wi-fi, TV points, water, internet etc.
