The Kensington is the epitome of urban chic. The clean modern lines create a building of purity and class.

Windows and doors are set down to the floor for a seamless transition between the garden room and the outside, bringing you closer to nature.

With 20 render colours available and the choice of three wood claddings, you'll find the perfect combination to suit your home and garden.

From foundations to finishing touches : we take care of the whole process from start to finish.

Foundation

Each garden room needs to sit on a 100mm concrete base, ground screws or a drilled pile foundation system. You can choose to arrange this yourself or we can do it for you.

Structure

Built using 4x2 structural timber and 11mm oriented strand board (OSB), then wrapped in vent 3 100% breathable and waterproof membrane, allowing the building to breathe but remain dry and protected for the elements.

Interior

Lined with 100mm thick earth wool insulation then covered with plasterboard and a skimmed plaster finish. There's a choice of 6 laminate flooring options. With chrome power sockets and down lights.

Exterior

25mm x 50mm building laths are used to secure your choice of cladding. 20 Render colours to choose from combined with Scandinavian Redwood, British Western Red Cedar, or Premium Canadian Western Red Cedar is used to complete your new garden space.
